Sleep is as important to your families health as the food you eat and your physical exercise. That being said, as parents we try to find the perfect balance for our families. My hope is that by launching this series it will help you keep your families sleep in the front of your mind.
This series is for everyone: parents and non-parents. It's going to be a monthly reminder to check your sleep routines. I look forward to sharing monthly tips/tricks to help keep effective sleep practices at the top of your mind.
Each month you will get a refresher on all the topics we have covered to date and go into depth about the new monthly topic. Each month I will also release an accompanying video on Facebook and Instagram.
I will also be asking for your help! Every month I will be asking you to complete a monthly challenge.
